2. There are different moments in which the user may freely provide information.

3.6) The user authorize the Company Galben Tours to the use of their image and photographs taken during the Mallorca Walking Event .The image and photographs could be used for any audiovisual support, purposes of reproduction, public communication, advertising and promotion.

The users, in agreement with the Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, will be able to freely exercise the rights to opposition, access and information, rectification, cancellation of their details and revocation of his authorisation without retroactive effects on the specified terms. These rights can be exercised by addressing in written form the department responsible for the automated file: GALBEN T&B in Palma de Mallorca (07012), Protectora Street, 10, local 8.
